Let’s Chit Chat 🍪
I’ve been taste-testing Crumbl since they opened, and recreating every flavor since 2020. I don’t just reverse-engineer the cookies… I literally buy every weekly drop, study textures, test butter ratios, compare crumbs, and measure bake curves to get THAT Crumbl soft center at home.
These aren’t just “copycat cookies”, they’re the closest you can get without the pink box. Most of my versions go viral on social before Crumbl even rotates the flavor back in. So bake your way through, and tag me if you make one! @chahinez_tbt PS: Want to make my favorite Crumbl Cookie ever?! Pick between the Crumbl Twix Cookie or the Crumbl Dirt Cake cookie. They’re incredibly delicious!
These are the OG Crumbl flavors, the staple cookies that show up again and again on the weekly menu. Soft, thick, bakery-style cookies that taste just like the Crumbloriginals, but made easily at home with simple ingredients.

Crumbl Chilled Pink Sugar Cookies
For someone that is obsessed with almond flavor anything, the Crumbl chilled sugar cookie was right up my alley. It is made with a thick buttery cookie that is topped with homemade pink buttercream. The beauty in making this Crumbl sugar cookie at home is the fact that you can control how much almond extract you put in there as well as what color you want your frosting to be!
Let's move on to the cookie that stole my heart! This thick and chewy Crumbl milk chocolate chip cookie is an award-winning cookie that you can always find on their menu. It is served warm so it's chocolate chip cookie heaven! The Crumbl birthday cake cookies are the ultimate frosted cake batter cookie. Think of a funfetti cake, AKA your favorite childhood cake but in cookie form with the best cream cheese frosting ever! MAGIC!
Crumbl’s specialty flavors or rotating Crumbl cookie flavors
Now time for the specialty rotating menu flavors! These are the most fun because you never know what you’re gonna get until Sunday between 5-6 PM PST. They usually release their newest flavors on the Crumbl app, Crumbl website, and on Crumbl’s Instagram page.
This is especially awesome for u people that are totally addicted to cookies but don’t want to repeat flavors or just want to be adventurous and try new things every week!
The only downside about the rotating menu is the fact that sometimes, your favorite cookie only comes around a few times a year… That’s a no-go for me, which is why I recreate a lot of the specialty crumbl cookies around the clock so that you can enjoy your favorite flavor anytime! Even when it’s not sold at Crumbl bakeries!

As you know I’ve tried a handful of these already and loved all of them so much! Just wanted to see if you can try and recreate the blueberry cheesecake and the sherbet one that just launched!
Thanks for your yummy and inspirational cookies! I am new to discovering Crumbl Cookies, but saw a fun Crumbl cookie earlier this summer, I am not sure what it was called, but possibly a “birthday cake crumble” type of cookie which had sprinkles in a sugar cookie base. It was topped with dollops of piped cream cheese icing (in a circular fashion), and then topped with sugar cookie crumbles (with sprinkles.) It has been difficult to find a picture to give you a better idea of this particular cookie. Are you familiar with this one, and if so, are you considering trying to recreate it? Thanks again for your great recipes!
Had to bookmark this gold mine! I’ve lost count, but I’ve definitely made Red Velvet, Snickerdoodle Cupcake, Dirt Cake, Mom’s Recipe, Chocolate Cake, Hostess Cupcake… I need to make my way through the rest of the list! Every single recipe is a winner! Have to give my faves so far to snickerdoodle and hostess cupcake
❤️
You’re the best, Vee!! Thank you so much for trying out all the recipes and always sending me pictures on Instagram! I truly appreciate you : )

If you could recreate the berry crunch I would be so happy:)
Hi! Can you try to recreate the chocolate marshmallow creme sandwich crumbl cookie? It tasted like two Oreo flavored cookies between this marshmallow creme! So good… thank you!!!
I am so excited to try these recipes. I was hoping to find the key lime pie cookie recipe though. It’s one of my favorites.
You have to try the lime coconut cookie then!! You can leave out the coconut extract for a full lime cookie experience!
Chahinez
I will check it out, thank you!
Can you do the pumpkin cake cookie with the cream cheese frosting and mini chocolate chips.
I’ll work on it! In the meantime, you can make the Crumbl pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipe without the chocolate chips in the batter, top it with the cream cheese frosting from the snickerdoodle cupcake cookies, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips instead of cinnamon sugar!
Hope this helped.
I haven’t tried all these cookies but I made at least three or four of them. They are delicious and taste just like the real thing. My favorite one is the classic sugar cookie !!
I’d love if you made a gingerbread cake or eggnog cookie copycat! Those are the two new flavors I’m most excited to try 🙂

Hi! We just tried their new oatmeal chocolate chip muffin cookie!! Can you recreate that one?? Please! Thanks!
I’ve been searching for a copycat for the Berries N’ Cream flavor they had for July 2021. It’s my favorite they’ve ever come out with. The description said it was a “A chilled mixed berry sugar cookie topped with fresh whipped cream and a fresh raspberry.” It wasn’t too sweet and was refreshing and delicious! Definitely a spring/summer cookie. Would love if you gave it a try!
Will definitely give it a go!
I used to work at a Crumbl in Virginia and was so disappointed in the products they use in their cookies. They have great flavor ideas but they had horrible execution using low quality products and mixing too large batches (lost quality control!). After seeing behind the scenes I stopped ordering cookies from the brand. But I still love their flavor ideas! So happy to see some recipes for smaller batches with better quality ingredients. Thanks for your work! I’m obsessed with pumpkin in the fall and would love to see the pumpkin chocolate chip cookie on your website soon!
This is so insightful! Thank you for sharing, I had heard this before but it is now confirmed. I do have the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies!
