My dough is too thin, help! This recipe was tested using Duncan Hines dark chocolate fudge brownies, the 2 & ½ tablespoon of flour work perfectly with this brand of brownies. This recipe also uses a medium/large egg which sits at about 50 grams. If you use an egg that’s bigger than that, your dough will automatically be runnier. If you notice that your batter is too thin, add ½-1 tablespoon flour. You want the cookie dough to have a playdough texture.
