Now, it is still really hot even though we’re in the middle of September! I decided to go with snickerdoodle cookie dough truffles that require no oven or baking to keep the house cool.
Now this recipe is made with heat treated flour to keep them on the safe side and make sure any possible bacteria has been removed. They also have cinnamon in the cookie dough to really bring out that snickerdoodle flavor out a bit more.

In some recipes they have it in it and some they don’t. You can be able to have a snicker doodle without it in my recipe and it will taste just as good!
