Summer watermelon berry fruit salad
Ingredients
- 4 cup watermelon Cubed into small pieces
- 3 cup Strawberries sliced
- 2 cup blueberries
- 15 large mint leaves
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 3-4 tablespoon Lemon juice or juice of one large lemon
Instructions
- Add all the fruit to a large bowl.
- In a smaller bowl or mason jar, add in the lemon juice, honey, and sliced mint.
- Pour the lemon honey dressing over the fruits and stir to coat them all with the dressing. Serve right away or store in the fridge for later.
