Crumbl frozen hot chocolate cookies

This week, Crumbl decided to share a nice little twist on their famous hot chocolate cookies by making them “frozen”. Well, it is not technically frozen but it is served chilled so I guess that makes up for it.

This recipe is made with a thick chocolate cookie that is packed with milk chocolate chips to really give you that hot chocolate feel. These cookies are then topped with a homemade frozen hot chocolate mousse which actually uses a hot cocoa mix. Each cookie is topped with mini. marshmallows because you can’t have hot chocolate without marshmallows!

I have made a ton of Crumbl chocolate cookies, but let me tell you this one has a little something-something about it that pushes it to my top 10 list of favorite Chocolate Crumbl cookies. It is soft, chewy, and has this incredible mouth feel thanks to the frozen hot cocoa mousse on top! It truly is a recipe that you will need to try at least once!

Hello! So im making your cookies right now, I wasnโ€™t thinking properly as I was in a rush and I added two full eggs instead of one full one and a yolk. What do I do?

    1. Chahinez says:

Two full eggs will make the dough a bit softer and may cause the cookies to spread more, but they should still bake up tasty. If this happens in the future, you can mix in an extra tablespoon or two of flour to help firm the dough.

This was my favorite recipe so far from this website! The texture was perfect and the light, whipped frosting with the immense chocolate base made an amazing well balanced cookie. Will definitely be making this again!
