Recipe tips
- Check on your Polenta fries halfway through to make sure that they’re baking evenly. Since not all air fryers are created equal, you might have to cook your fired for more or less time depending on the strength of the air fryer.
- Season to taste! That’s where the fun begins, I seasoned my fries with salt and pepper for a basic flavor profile but you can add basil, rosemary, thyme, chili flakes, garlic powder, or anything else your heart desires!
- A dipping sauce is highly recommended- These fries taste amazing when served with a side sauce. When I’m out of time, I usually make ketchup and mayo sauce with sriracha but you can serve them with ranch, buffalo sauce, or even garlic aioli.

These were super easy and I put more into my fryer basket than instructed, so I just kept shaking and baking until crispy. I think once they cooled down they had the best flavor and crunch. I can see them being amazing with a creamy dip. Thanks for the cool idea!

You’re welcome!

I have made polenta fries before and just couldn’t remember what temp to cook them at. I have to say, 380 for 18 minutes just sort of steamed them in my toaster oven-shaped Ninja with the air fry setting on. Definitely need to monitor and experiment with different temperatures for different types of air fryers!

These are awesome! I made my husband the fries exactly as instructed. They turned out crisp ans yummy. I don’t eat oil. On mine I sprayed them with Braggs Liquid Aminos and then tossed them with some seasoning. They came out a bit overcooked but amazing. If you use liquid aminos instead of oil just cook little less. Otherwise the directions with the olive oil spray are spot on. Thank you for sharing!
