How to make Crumbl chocolate cookies and cream cookies

  1. Grind the Oreos into fine crumbs then mix that in a medium bowl with the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a large bowl or stand mixer bowl cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Mix in the dry ingredients just until the flour mixture disappears. Then fold in the chopped-up Oreos and white chocolate chips until evenly combined.
  5. Scoop the cookie dough with a large cookie scoop onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, gently flatten to about 3/4 inch in thickness and bake in the preheated oven.
  6. As soon as the cookies come out, top them with extra white chocolate chips and Oreo pieces, then allow them to cool down for 20 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  7. Enjoy with a tall glass of milk!

Ingredients 
 

  • 8 oreo cookies crushed for the cookie dough
  • 1 & 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 cup black cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter softened, salted or unsalted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3 Oreos chopped, extra for topping if desired.

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F then line a baking sheet with parchement paper and set aside.
  • In a food processor, grind the 8 Oreos until finely crushed. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreos, flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt then set aside.

  • In a stand mixer bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy.
    1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • Add in the egg and the vanilla and mix again until combined. Scrape the bowl when needed.
    1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Add in the dry mixture and mix until the dry mixture disappears then fold in the chocolate chips and the chopped-up Oreos.
    Then using a large cookie scoop, scoop out 8 equally sized cookie dough balls, place on a baking sheet and flatten to about 3/4 inches in thickness, and bake the cookies for 9 minutes. Make sure not to flatten them too much so they don't come out super thin.
    2/3 cup white chocolate chips, 3 Oreos
  • As soon as the cookies come out of the oven top with extra Oreo pieces and white chocolate chips. Allow them to cool down on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Enjoy with a tall glass of milk.

    they were delicious! they taste just like Oreos, only soft (not a bad thing I love Oreos).. I guess if you want to bake and like Oreos, these are for you. or just eat an Oreo ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

    The actual recipe is great but i found the recipe to be SUPER dry ๐Ÿ™ the cookies are really great but i think texture wise it needs some tweaking. nontheless really fun to make ๐Ÿ™‚
