Frequently asked questions – FAQ
How to store these Crumbl chocolate Crunch cookies?
You can store these no-bake cookies in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
You can also refrigerate them in an air-tight container and they will last a bit longer that way. Just make sure to pull them out of the fridge a little before you’re planning to enjoy them so they get some time to soften up a little.
Help! My star crunch mixture is so sticky!
Don’t worry about it being sticky, it’s completely normal. Think of these as close cousins to the infamous rice Krispy treats, those are super sticky because of the marshmallows and these will be too.
The trick or secret here is to either spray your hands with nonstick spray or grease them with a little bit of oil. That will allow you to be able to flatten the cookies easily on the baking sheet without them sticking everywhere.
Can I make a catering version of these Crumbl copycat cookies?
Absolutely!
It’s really easy to do so too since this recipe doesn’t have any baking involved. All you need to do is scoop out a little bit of the rookie mixture. My husband loves Star Crunches so I decided to give these a try. They were delicious! My only issue with them was how extremely sticky they were. I almost needed to coat my hands, parchment paper, and the silicone mats I used in something. I think next time I would roll them in my hands (covered in oil) so that way maybe some of the oil transfers to the cookies and they don’t stick to the parchment paper.
