- 1 guirardelli box of brownie mix approximately 18-20 oz
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 4 oz chocolate chunks optional if your brownie mix already has chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, salt, and all-purpose flour. Mix them together until well combined. then add in the oil, and eggs. Stir until soft dough forms.1 guirardelli box of brownie mix, ⅓ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ cup vegetable oil, 2 large eggs, ½ teaspoon salt
- Fold in the chocolate chunks then using a small cookie scooper (2 tablespoon scoop) scoop out the cookie dough, and place it on the cookie sheet making sure to leave enough space between each cookie because they will spread.4 oz chocolate chunks
