- Make the unrolled dough strips into the shape of a heart by hand by rolling both sides toward each other until they meet in the middle. Pinch the bottom of the heart together to create the tip and repeat the process with the rest of the cinnamon rolls. Check the notes for the step by step photos.
- Place the heart-shaped cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet, spaced apart.
