Absolutely! You can freeze fully baked cinnamon rolls. After completely cooling to room temperature, tightly wrap each in plastic wrap and place in an airtight container or Ziploc bag. Label them with the date and keep them for up to one month.

How to Reheat Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls

The quickest way would be in the microwave. Put your sweetheart cinnamon rolls on a plate and heat them up in 15-second intervals. Be careful when you pull it out because the icing will be very hot.

The best way to get new-tasting, flaky cinnamon rolls would be by using the oven or air fryer on “bake” setting. Heat the leftover cinnamon roll up for 5-10 minutes at 350F and it should be perfect again.
