This pie was such a hit at Thanksgiving! Super easy to make and I had extra chocolate ganache that I’ve been using as a spread on toast. Will be making this again soon =)

This is HONESTLY AMAZING! I am currently eating a slice while I’m typing this. I ended up making my own oreo pie crust but everything else was from this recipe and it is just so good! Its creamy and the chocolate-y taste is just enough, not too much. Really, really easy to make. I don’t know if it mentions but it helps to keep the mixing bowl and whisk attachment (I used a hand mixer) in the refrigerator to keep everything cold before you start whipping the heavy cream.
