  • 6 medium/large apples peeled, cored, and sliced. I used apple crisp, and granny smith.
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks or use 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1-2 tbsp sugar or honey (to taste-optional)

Instructions
