    2. Annie says:

Is the butter supposed to be room temperature for an hour? I don’t know what I did wrong but my dough came out really dry 😓 Got any tips?

      1. Chahinez says:

Yes, butter should be at room temperature. If the dough comes out dry, that could be the flour measurement. Weighing with a kitchen scale is more accurate than measuring cups. You can also add 1–2 teaspoons milk if it feels too crumbly.

  3. Marie says:

Can I substitute the regular flour for gluten free flour ?

    1. Chahinez says:

You can swap the flour for a 1:1 gluten-free baking blend that contains xanthan gum. The cookies may be slightly more delicate but should still turn out well.

These were absolutely amazing!’ Everyone should give a five star for sure!! What I did a little bit differently is melted some peanut butter, chocolate chips and dipped half of them in. My husband loves chocolate peanut butter, so that’s why I did that. He was drooling! 😊
