These were yummy! The peanut butter was a little bit too sweet for me, so I might decrease the amount of powdered sugar if I make it again in the future. I used a regular cookie scooper, baked for 7 minutes, and got 17 cookies. Otherwise followed the recipe exactly.

I made these exactly as the recipe said and they turned out super dry. Any tips?

      1. Chahinez says:

Hi Jessica! 🙂 There could be several reasons why it came out dry :/ , sometimes it’s due to overbaking, underbaking, or maybe there was too much mixing can be another possibility. If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out!

Hi! I made these once and loved them. Can I freeze the cookie dough balls once they’ve been flattened but before they’re baked, and bake at a later date?

    1. Chahinez says:

      Yes you can!!
      Chahinez

      1. Alyvia says:

are these supposed to be as big as crumbls?

      2. Chahinez says:

        Yes! They are pretty large.

  9. Noey says:

Can any part of this be made in advance – so for example, can I make the peanut butter topping the day before, form into balls, and put in the fridge or leave in an airtight container on the counter?

Could I make the cookie dough and chill overnight or flatten and freeze?

    Thanks!

    1. Chahinez says:

Yes! You can make the peanut butter topping ahead of time. You can also make the cookies ahead of time, store it in an airtight container then let it get back to room temperature before baking.
