- Brie round- I used the President brie cheese because it is the easiest brie to find in the US at local grocery stores.
- Cranberry sauce– I used my homemade cranberry sauce for this and served it for Thanksgiving but you can use the store-bought one as well!
- Pecans or candied pecans– The mixture of nuts and soft cheese if absolute perfection.
- Thyme leaves– The thyme leaves add an earthiness that brings everything together.

Baked Brie recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Brie round 8oz
- ½ cup Cranberry sauce
- ⅓ cup pecans chopped and toasted
- thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Unwrap the brie and place it in a shallow oven safe bowl or a baking sheet with crumbled parchment paper on it. Crumbling it will keep the cheese from going everywhere when baking.1 Brie round
- For the 8oz brie round bake for 15 minutes. For the larger 1lbs brie round bake for 25 minutes. Touch the center of the brie to check for doneness. You'll know it's ready if it's really soft.
