Leftover Cranberry Sauce Cheese Danish
This recipe is the perfect way to use your leftover cranberry sauce! Its tart & sweet with a drizzle of vanilla, orange glaze to bring it all together.
Puff pastry dough
Leftover cranberry sauce
Vanilla extract or paste
Slice the puff pastry sheet into 8 rectangles. Score the boarders with a sharp knife and poke the centers with a fork.
In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Place the cream cheese mixture onto the puff pastry rectangles then gently spread the cranberry sauce on top
Bake for 16 minutes then finally drizzle with a delicious, sweet orange glaze.
