Nicole
I made this chocolate sauce to go on top of my espresso panna cotta. Not only was it a gorgeous layer over the light brown panna cotta, but the consitency and flavor were perfect. It is also the easiest chocolate sauce I have every made. It is no fail and expensive to make. My only comment is that I did not get a ton of coffee flavor for my taste, but this worked out for me because I was layering with the panna cotta. This is not a negative just a heads up if you are a coffee fanatic such as I am. Thank you for posting such a great recipe!
