  • Granulated sugar
  • Butter
  • Salt – this is to get that perfect balance of sweetness. 
  • Hershey’s chocolate bars
  • Mini marshmallows

How to make these delicious s’mores bars?

This is how you can make this easy sweet treat. Make sure to scroll down to the recipe card for the full detailed instructions! 

  1. Add the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, salt, and melted butter together in a large bowl. 
  2. Spread the graham cracker layer into the prepared 9×13 then bake in the oven for 10 minutes. 
  3. Top the graham cracker base with the Hershey’s chocolate bars and place in the warm oven for a few minutes just to allow it to melt. 
  4. Using the back of a spoon or a spatula spread the melty chocolate to even out that layer then top with the marshmallows and place in the top oven rack with the broiler on high. 
  5. Stay close to pull it out as soon as it gets a little toasty.
  6. Allow the bars to chill a little bit to set and slice and enjoy!

How to store these easy s’mores bars?

You can store these bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Freezing them unfortunately isn’t an option because of the marshmallow topping. 

WHAT TYPE OF CHOCOLATE IS BEST TO USE IN Starbucks s’mores bars?

In this recipe, I went with a Hershey’s bar to really keep that authentic classic  s’mores flavor but you can also use any other chocolate chips. I love using creamy milk chocolate chips for a delicious sweet treat

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 4- 4.4oz packages Hersheys chocoolaate bars
  • 10 Oz mini marshmallows.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F then line a 9×13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Add the graham cracker crumbs to a large bowl, mix in the sugar, and the salt to combine. Pour the melted butter on top and mix again until everything is well coated.
    2 cup graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup granulated sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, ½ cup butter
  • Pour the graham cracker mixture into the prepared pan and using a rubber spatula or the back of a measuring cup gently spread the crumbs out to an even layer. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn it off.
  • Place the chocolate bars on top of the warm graham cracker crust and place back in the warm oven for a few minutes or until the chocolate is melted.
    4- 4.4oz packages Hersheys chocoolaate bars
  • Add the marshmallows on top of the chocolate and place in the oven, turn on the broiler and broil just until the marshmallows are brown.
    10 Oz mini marshmallows.
  • Allow the bars to set in the fridge for a few minutes before slicing into them.
