I’m addicted to their lemon loaf that I will be sharing on the blog at some point. As well as their Sky High Banana Walnut Muffins!

The cream cheese portion of this recipe is extremely easy. Here is how you can make it flawlessly:

  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar with an electric mixer or a stand mixer for 3-4 minutes until creamy. Add in the vanilla extract and 3 tablespoons of melted chocolate and mix until combined.

How to cut cranberry

How to cut cranberry bliss bars?

The Starbucks cranberry bliss bars have that iconic triangular shape. I created this diagram at the bottom to show you how you can cut your 8×8 inch bliss bars just like the ones from Starubcks.

Start by cutting your blondies by following the red lines. Now slice from corner to corner, following the blue lines. Now cut in the shape of the orange lines to get your perfect triangle shaped bliss bars.

Tips for the best Starbucks copycat cranberry bliss bars

When you are making these amazing treats, here are a few tips that will help you create a recipe just like mine:

  • Don’t over mix– The blondie layer needs to be soft and melt in your mouth just like your favorite cookies. So don’t over mix the dough once you add in the flour.
  • Don’t over bake– Again, we don’t want a tough over baker base to our cranberry bars. Bake these bars just until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Line your baking pan with parchment paper– Lining your baking pan with parchment paper will ensure that you can easily remove the blondie bars out of the pan before frosting them.
  • Let the blondies cool completely before frosting- Don’t top your blondies with the white chocolate cream cheese frosting until you it is fully cooled down. If you spread your frosting while the blondies are still hot, you will end up with a melted, messy puddle of frosting and we don’t want that.

How to store cranberry bliss bars?

You can store your frosted and drizzled with white chocolate cranberry bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. I personally love my bars right out of the fridge, what a treat!

Can cranberry bliss bars be frozen?

You they can! These are freezer friendly, all you need to do is place them in an airtight container and in the freezer. They will last for up to 2 months this way. When you’re ready to enjoy them, thaw them in the fridge overnight.
