Can I make Vegan Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Absolutely!

To do so just make sure that your marshmallows are vegan certified. I actually like using this brand an it works really well for this recipe too. Check and make sure that the chocolate you are using is vegan as well.

how to make chocolate covered marshmallows?

Honestly it can’t get any simpler! When it comes to chocolate covered marhsmallows anyone and their mothers can make them.

If you’ve literally never stepped into the kitchen these can become your go to treat to make for holidays, family events and just to have as a snack at your house.

Below I will share a step by step on how to make this super easy chocolate dipped marshmallow recipe!

  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments. This wil ensure that you don’t burn the chocolate. So microwave it for 30 seconds, stir and do it again until it is completely melted.
  • Using a skewer, dip one marshmallow at a time in the melted chocolate then pull it out and let it drip for a little bit to get the extra chocolate off.
  • Turn the marshmallow up right with the skewer fitting in between the fork tines and gently pull out the skewer.
  • Using the skewer slowly and carefully push the marshmallow off the fork and onto the prepared and lined baking sheet.
  • Now is the time to decorate the marshmallow. While the chocolate is not completely hard add your desired toppings and let it harden.

See easy breezy! Just like I said!
