This looks amazing! Does this frosting harden when dry? How long does it take to dry?
Chahinez
This icing will stay soft with a slight crust when left at room temperature. It will not fully dry.

GOLD!!! Perfectly soft peanut butter cookie with the absolute best chocolate frosting. I whipped my frosting for awhile and kept it on the thicker side and it was like pudding, so dang good. It was a magical combo I’ll be making again and again.

This recipe is INCREDIBLE! After finding it a couple weeks ago I have probably made it at least once a week since! All of my friends and family also love these cookies and that chocolate cream cheese frosting is the best frosting I have ever had! This is my new staple cookie recipe.

Love these cookies! I’m not a fan of peanut butter cookies because I think they are too dry to eat, but these are still so soft and the oats are such a good addition. I will say I used Costco organic peanut butter and it was way drier than it should have been, so I added an extra egg yolk for adhesion! Thanks for the recipe, Chahinez! You hit it out of the park!

These will change any nonpeanut butter lover to a huge PB fan! Glad you loved them!
