This copycat Starbucks white chocolate mocha sauce takes 4 ingredients and 5 minutes. Use it in hot or iced white mochas, frappuccinos, and any coffee that needs a creamy white chocolate boost.
Add the chopped up white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl, top with the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk, and microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted, stirring in between every time.
Whisk vigorously to get everything emulsified properly and use in your white chocolate mocha drinks.

Notes
Use a good-quality white chocolate bar (I use the Ghirardelli white baking bar linked in the ingredients) and chop it up yourself. A bar melts creamier and glossier than chips. Chips work too, but they have stabilizers that help them hold their shape, so melt in short bursts and whisk extra hard.Whisk hard at the end. That's what makes the sauce glossy and smooth instead of grainy. It thickens in the fridge, so stir or warm it for a few seconds before using. No microwave? Melt everything over a double boiler. One Starbucks pump is about 1/2 tablespoon, so a grande white mocha gets 2 tablespoons.
