Starbucks egg white spinach wrap
This easy and delicious egg white feta spinach wrap inspired by the Starbucks recipe is the ultimate high-protein snack or breakfast!

- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- olive oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup spinach chopped
- 3 tbsp sun dried tomatoes chopped
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
Place a non stick pan on medium heat and coat with oil or cooking spray. Add the egg whites once warm, season with salt and pepper and cook. Fold the egg on itself twice to make a log and transfer to a plate.

Cook the spinach with salt and pepper on medium heat until wilted for 2-3 minutes.

Place your tortilla on your working surface, add the wilted spinach a generous sprinkle of feta cheese, sundried tomato pieces, and the egg white log and wrap it up.
