- 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup for the cold brew if you prefer it sweet

Add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Divide the cold brew coffee into two cups filled with ice, add the vanilla syrup if you want your drink sweeter, and top each one with half of the pumpkin cream, sprinkle with some pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!
