Grande (16 oz): 10 oz cold brew, 1/3 cup pumpkin cold foam, 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
Venti (24 oz): 16 oz cold brew, 1/2 cup pumpkin cold foam, 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla syrup
Trenta (30 oz): 20 oz cold brew, 2/3 cup pumpkin cold foam, 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
One batch of the cold foam below makes enough for two grande drinks. The foam keeps two days in a sealed jar in the fridge, and it separates a little as it sits, so shake it or re-blend for five seconds before you pour.
