Instructions
In a glass or shaker, add the fresh mint leaves, and sugar. Gently muddle (crush) the mint with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release its oils and flavors. Add in the hot water and mix again to help dissolve the sugar.
3-5 fresh mint springs with leaves, 2 tablespoons hot water, 1-2 teaspoons brown sugar
Add the cooled brewed coffee and lime juice to the glass or shaker with the mint mixture. Stir or shake to combine. Add in the heavy cream, and shake to make it more frothy.
1 cup cold brew coffee, 2-4 tablespoons heavy cream
Fill a separate glass with ice cubes, then pour the minty coffee mixture over the ice.

If you want this drink to be extremely creamy like the ones you would get in stores, use 1/3-1/2 cup heavy cream! (That's what the barista told me)
