Instructions
Add the oats, water, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, and maple syrup to your Instant Pot. Give it a quick stir.
2 cup steel cut oats,
2 & ⅔ cup water,
2 cup milk,
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon,
½ teaspoon salt,
3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
Stir the oats to combine, adding more milk if you like it creamier. Top with fruit, nuts, or a little extra maple syrup and enjoy!
