    2 cup steel cut oats, 2 & ⅔ cup water, 2 cup milk, ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon salt, 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.
  • Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
  • Stir the oats to combine, adding more milk if you like it creamier. Top with fruit, nuts, or a little extra maple syrup and enjoy!
