Blend the cottage cheese in a blender, food processor, or immersion blender until smooth.
1 cup cottage cheese
Add in the grated cheese, taco seasoning, and nutritional yeast if using, and blend again until smooth.
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tsp taco seasoning, 1 tbsp nutriotinal yeast
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals for one minute or until the cheese is melted.
Serve as is, with chopped-up green onions, or even salsa on top. Enjoy this dip with tortilla chips, veggies, protein chips, or by the spoonful!
