Froth using a hand help frother until it doubles in volume.
Pour your ice in a serving glass, I used nugget ice.
Top with cold brew and a little vanilla syrup to taste, leaving about 1 inch off the top or enough room to top the old brew with the chocolate cream foam.
3/4 cup Cold brew , 1/2-1 tbsp vanilla syrup
Add in the chocolate cream on top of the cold brew, take a picture of Instagram and enjoy!!

Notes
Why foam sinks: Check the fat percentage on your heavy cream. Below 30 percent it will not hold, no matter how long you froth. This is the number one reason this recipe fails. No malted milk powder? Ovaltine replaces both the cocoa and the malt since it already contains both. It is sweetened, so start with less and reduce the vanilla syrup. In Canada or anywhere heavy cream is hard to find, use the highest-fat whipping cream available.Froth to a soft peak, not a timer. The mixture should roughly double and hold a peak when you lift the frother.Storage: Cold brew keeps up to a month in the fridge. The foam holds two to three days in an airtight container but needs re-frothing.
