Want to start meal prepping your breakfast but keep them super enjoyable still? This white chocolate raspberry overnight oats recipe will quickly become your BFF!
Mix the oats, chia seeds, greek yogurt, milk, honey, and raspberries in a mason jar or a serving cup. If the mixture is too thin let it sit on the counter or in the fridge for 5-10 minutes until it sets just a little.
In a microwave-safe small bowl, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together. Pour it over the slightly set overnight oats, and tilt the glass or mason jar around to make sure that the white chocolate is covering the top of your oatmeal fully.
Lid your mason jar, or cover your serving cup with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. Top with extra raspberries if you want, and enjoy your delicious breakfast/snack.
