White Chocolate Mocha Latte (Hot or Iced)
This white chocolate mocha latte recipe is a spot-on Starbucks copycat you can make hot or iced at home in just 5 minutes. Rich white chocolate sauce, espresso, and steamed or cold milk — that's it.

- 1-2 espresso shots Use however many you'd like depending on how strong you like your coffee.
- 3/4 cup 2% milk use whichever milk you prefer. Starbucks uses 2% milk.
- 2-4 tbsp white chocolate sauce (Fontana is what Starbucks uses; Ghirardelli is also great, taste and add more if you like your drink sweeter)

Make the Starbucks hot white chocolate mocha
Add the white chocolate sauce to your serving mug.

Brew the espresso shots directly over that.

Stir, then top with the steamed or frothed milk.
3/4 cup 2% milk
Top with whipped cream if desired, extra white chocolate mocha sauce drizzles and enjoy.

Make the Starbucks iced white chocolate mocha
Add the creamy white chocolate sauce to a serving glass and top it with the hot espresso shot. Stir to combine.
Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the milk.
Give it a good stir then top with whipped cream if you'd like and extra white chocolate sauce drizzle.
No espresso machine? Use 1/4 cup of strong brewed coffee or dissolve 1-2 tsp of instant espresso powder in 2-3 tbsp of hot water.
Sauce swaps: Fontana is the closest to actual Starbucks. Ghirardelli gives a slightly sweeter, richer result. Torani and Monin are great everyday options.
Make it a sweet cream iced white mocha: swap the plain milk for vanilla sweet cream (equal parts heavy cream + 2% milk + a splash of vanilla syrup), poured on top of the ice.
Make it peppermint: add 1/4 tsp peppermint extract for a holiday-season white chocolate peppermint mocha.
