Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between every time.
1/3 cup melted chocolate
Pour the melted chocolate into a clear plastic cup and swirl to coat the inside. Let excess drip out into the bowl of melted chocolate. Freeze the cup for a few minutes to set the chocolate.
Add ice cubes to the chocolate-coated cup, then top it with the Monin vanilla syrup, the milk, then the freshly brewed espresso.
