Heat oven to 350°F then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs and mix to combined
1 Cup butter, 3/4 Cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2 Eggs, 1 tsp vanilla etxract
Mix in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and oats. Don't over mix.
1 & 2/3 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 3 cup Quaker® Oats
Fold in the raisins, then using a small cookie scoop, scoop out rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough and drop on the preapred baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-9 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool down on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool down completely. Enjoy with a cup of milk!
