Brew your espresso or strong coffee directly over the brown sugar, honey, salt, and cinnamon in a separate little pitcher or cup.
2 shots espresso, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon honey, a pinch of salt
Use a frother to whip the espresso mixture until it becomes thick, creamy, and at least doubles in size.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in your milk, leaving some space at the top.
1 cup your favorite milk
Pour the frothy espresso over the milk.
