Ingredients

  • 1 shot Espresso A single or double work fine
  • 8 oz steamed milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 & ½ tablespoon Monin Peppermint Syrup adjust to taste
  • Whipped cream optional, for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or crushed candy canes optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare a shot of espresso or ½ cup of strong coffee and pour it into a mug.
    1 shot Espresso
  • Stir in the chocolate sauce and Monin Peppermint Syrup until well combined.
    2 tablespoon chocolate sauce, 1 & ½ tablespoon Monin Peppermint Syrup
  • Heat and froth the milk using a frother, steamer, or by whisking it after warming in a saucepan.
    8 oz steamed milk
  • Pour the steamed milk into the mug. Add whipped cream on top if you like, and finish with chocolate shavings or crushed candy canes for a festive touch.
