- 1 shot Espresso A single or double work fine
- 8 oz steamed milk dairy or non-dairy
- 2 tablespoon chocolate sauce adjust to taste
- 1 & ½ tablespoon Monin Peppermint Syrup adjust to taste
- Whipped cream optional, for topping
- Chocolate shavings or crushed candy canes optional, for garnish
Prepare a shot of espresso or ½ cup of strong coffee and pour it into a mug.
1 shot Espresso
Stir in the chocolate sauce and Monin Peppermint Syrup until well combined.

Heat and froth the milk using a frother, steamer, or by whisking it after warming in a saucepan.
8 oz steamed milk
Pour the steamed milk into the mug. Add whipped cream on top if you like, and finish with chocolate shavings or crushed candy canes for a festive touch.
