Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • ¼ cup cold heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk

Instructions

  • In a small cup or bowl, stir together the brown sugar and hot water until fully dissolved. This is your quick syrup base. Allow it to cool slightly.
