Valentine's day very berry smoothie

Nothing is better than starting valentine's day with this pink berry smoothie. It is healthy, delicious, and very easy to make!

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk any milk works
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberry
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses, top with some hemp seeds and serve this perfect healthy valentine's day smoothie recipe.

Notes

If this smoothie is too thin for your likings, add more fruit. 
If this smoothie is too thick for your likings add more milk.
