Mix the sugar, vanilla extract, and cream cheese in a large bowl until combined and looks like frosting.
1 tablespoon cream cheese, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Slowly mix in the heavy cream and the milk until combined then pour the whole thing into the creami pint cup and freeze for 24 hours.
3/4 cup heavy cream, 1 cup whole milk
Remove the pint from the freezer, remove it from the lid, and place it onto the outer bowl. Close the lid and blend under the ICE CREAM option.
If your ice cream is still crumbly, respin it until it reaches the desired consistency, I did not need to respin it. Make a well in the middle, add in your crushed Oreo cookies and place back in the ice cream machine using the MIX-IN program.
