Korean Banana Milk

A quick and refreshing Korean-inspired banana milk made with fresh bananas, milk, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect chilled or over ice.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup cold water
  • tsp granulated sugar or to taste
  • a pinch of salt to balance out the sweetness
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional, but recommended
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  • Add banana, milk, water, sugar, salt, and vanilla to a blender.
    1 large ripe banana, 1 cup whole milk, ½ cup cold water, 1½ tsp granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
  • Taste, add a touch more sugar if your banana isn’t super ripe.
  • Pour over ice and enjoy cold! I love it with matcha!

Notes

Pro tips:
• Want it extra smooth? Strain it through a fine mesh sieve.
• Using a very ripe banana (lots of brown spots) gives the best natural sweetness and flavor.
