- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds use 4 tablespoons for a thicker consistency
- 1 teaspoons matcha powder sifted
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
In a bowl, whisk the matcha powder into the Greek yogurt until smooth and lump-free.
