In a microwave-safe bowl, add the melting chocolate and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Alternatively, melt the chocolate in a double boiler on the stovetop.
Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s fully coated.

Gently shake off any excess chocolate and place the coated pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet.
Allow the pretzels to sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, or speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
