avocado
medium, about 95 grams

orange juice

dutch cocoa powder

melted

maple syrup

vanilla extract
a pinch
sea salt
Instructions
Start by washing, halving, and scooping your avocado flesh into the food processor or blender.
Add in the orange juice, the orange zest, dutch cocoa powder, melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Mix everything for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Taste the mousse and adjust it to your likings.
Using a piping bag, fill you ramequins or glasses and refrigerate the chocolate orange avocado mousse for at least 30 minutes.
Optional: top with coconut whipped cream and some extra orange zest, and enjoy your delicious and healthy avocado dessert!
