- 1 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips (semi-sweet, dark, or milk)
- 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil measured solid
In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, combine the chocolate and coconut oil. If using the microwave heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.

Let it cool for a few minutes so it's not piping hot, but still pourable.
