Caramel Apple Bark

- 12 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 large green apple Washed, dried, and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and ensure apple slices are dry.
Microwave chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
12 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
Spread melted ⅔ of the chocolate onto the parchment in a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
Arrange pretzels on the melted chocolate, then the apple pieces on top, pressing gently.
1 cup pretzels, 1 large green apple
Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples and pretzels then drizzle with the leftover melted chocolate. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
