For the matcha latte
- 1 tablespoons sweetened matcha powder I used the Matcha Love sweetened matcha powder.
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup creamy oat milk
- ice cubes
For the lavender cold foam
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream cold
- 1 tablespoon lavender syrup or two pumps
- purple food coloring optional
For the matcha latte
To your serving glass, add the matcha powder and the hot water and mix until dissolved.
1 tablespoons sweetened matcha powder, 3 tablespoons hot water
Top that with the oat milk then some ice, making sure to leave enough room for your lavender cold foam.

For the lavender cold foam
in a 1 cup measuring cup add the milk, heavy cream, lavender syrup, and purple food coloring and froth using a handheld frother until the mixture thickens. This can take 1-2 minutes.

Adjust the color by adding more purple food coloring if needed then pour on top of your matcha latte and enjoy!
