Ingredients

For the matcha latte

  • 1 tablespoons sweetened matcha powder I used the Matcha Love sweetened matcha powder.
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup creamy oat milk
  • ice cubes

For the lavender cold foam

  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 tablespoon lavender syrup or two pumps
  • purple food coloring optional

Instructions

For the matcha latte

  • To your serving glass, add the matcha powder and the hot water and mix until dissolved.
    1 tablespoons sweetened matcha powder, 3 tablespoons hot water
  • Top that with the oat milk then some ice, making sure to leave enough room for your lavender cold foam.
    1 cup creamy oat milk, ice cubes

For the lavender cold foam

  • in a 1 cup measuring cup add the milk, heavy cream, lavender syrup, and purple food coloring and froth using a handheld frother until the mixture thickens. This can take 1-2 minutes.
    2 tablespoon milk, 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon lavender syrup, purple food coloring
  • Adjust the color by adding more purple food coloring if needed then pour on top of your matcha latte and enjoy!
