Ingredients

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 & ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
    ¾ cup creamy peanut butter, ½ cup unsalted butter
  • Add the salt then gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition, until fully incorporated.
    1 & ½ cup powdered sugar, ¼ teaspon salt
  • Add the vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of milk or cream. Mix until smooth. If the frosting is still too thick add the second tablespoon of milk of cream and mix again.
    2 tablespoons milk or cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • If the icing is still too thick according to your preference, add more milk or cream, 1 teaspoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Use the icing to frost cupcakes, cakes, or cookies. Enjoy!
