Valentine's Day Heart Shaped Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • Valentine's Day sprinkles
  • Pink food coloring

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the canned cinnamon roll package. It's usually 350F.
  • Open the cinnamon roll container then unroll each cinnamon roll gently.

  • Make the unrolled dough strips into the shape of a heart by hand by rolling both sides toward each other until they meet in the middle. Pinch the bottom of the heart together to create the tip and repeat the process with the rest of the cinnamon rolls.  Check the notes for the step by step photos.
  • Place the heart-shaped cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet, spaced apart.
  • Follow the baking instructions on the cinnamon roll package. The grands and the regular ones will both have different bake time.
  • Add pink food coloring into the icing and mix. Once baked, drizzle or spread the icing over the heart-shaped cinnamon rolls and sprinkle the top with valentine's day sprinkles!

  • Allow them to cool slightly and serve warm. Enjoy your heart-shaped cinnamon rolls!
