  • Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, spray with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Place the white chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Pour the sweetened condensed milk in then melt in the microwave in 30 second increments. Stirring in between each time.
  • Quickly stir in the chopped up cranberries and vanilla extract then transfer to the baking pan. Spread evenly then chill in the fridge or at room temperature.
  • Once solid cut into little pieces and enjoy!
