Ingredients

  • 1 Cup butter softened, salted or unsalted
  • ¾ Cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla etxract
  • 1 & ⅔ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cup Quaker® Oats quick or old fashioned, uncooked
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs and mix to combined

  • Mix in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and oats. Don't over mix.

  • Fold in the raisins, then using a small cookie scoop, scoop out rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough and drop on the preapred baking sheet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-9 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool down on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool down completely. Enjoy with a cup of milk!
