Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen banana slices
  • ¾ cup cup frozen strawberry slices
  • ¼ cup frozen greek yogurt
  • ¼ tbsp spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • shredded toasted coconut
  • hemp seeds
  • granola
  • fresh fruits
  • bee pollen

Instructions

  • First, start by soaking the 2 tablespoon of chia seeds with 4 tablespoon of warm water.
  • In a high-speed food processor, blend the frozen fruit, the yogurt, the spirulina, the honey, and the soaked chia seeds.

  • blend until smooth, and chia seeds still visible. serve in a bowl and top with the desired toppings listed above.
    I used strawberries, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut.
