Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen banana slices
  • 3/4 cup cup frozen strawberry slices
  • 1/4 cup frozen greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

toppings

  • shredded toasted coconut
  • hemp seeds
  • granola
  • fresh fruits
  • bee pollen

Instructions

  • First, start by soaking the 2 tbsp of chia seeds with 4 tbsp of warm water.
  • In a high-speed food processor, blend the frozen fruit, the yogurt, the spirulina, the honey, and the soaked chia seeds.

  • blend until smooth, and chia seeds still visible. serve in a bowl and top with the desired toppings listed above.
    I used strawberries, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut.
