- ¾ cup cup frozen strawberry slices
- ¼ cup frozen greek yogurt
- ¼ tbsp spirulina
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds

First, start by soaking the 2 tablespoon of chia seeds with 4 tablespoon of warm water.
In a high-speed food processor, blend the frozen fruit, the yogurt, the spirulina, the honey, and the soaked chia seeds.
blend until smooth, and chia seeds still visible. serve in a bowl and top with the desired toppings listed above.I used strawberries, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut.
